The Dickson Interchange project recently received a 5-Star Green Star Certified Design & As Built rating. This unique project was purpose built for the ACT Government and is the first PCA building in Canberra with all electric solution. ACOR worked alongside Bates Smart, BLOC, DOMA, SCP Consulting Pty Ltd and Sellick Consultants Pty Ltd to complete this PCA Grade A office building.
The ACOR Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) Team have had the pleasure of working on this project, which involved a redevelopment the former Dickson Motor Registry Site and comprises of 4 buildings in total over 16,000m², all interconnected via two levels of basement carparking.
The project is a Finalist in the Property Council of Australia’s Innovation and Excellence Awards under the Project Innovation Award category. The ACOR ESD Team are providing ongoing Tracing and Monitoring for the project, which also features a 5-star NABERS Base Building and Tenant Rating.
