Our Graduate Development Program aims to develop Engineering graduates into versatile consultants who can cater to our client’s needs while preparing them to lead our business in the future. This two-year program is designed to provide you with technical training in your chosen area of engineering, along with supported activities to help you develop your business and consulting skills and make an impact within our business.

Applications for our 2025 intake are open until 30th of June with assessments and interviews occurring in July and August 2024. You can apply via GradConnection.

We seek applications for our 2025 Graduate Development Program across all disciplines, including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, sustainability, hydraulics, facades, fire services, acoustics, chemical and energy.

  • Apply for a role with us
    • Applications are open for our 2025 graduate program.
    • Roles are available in all locations and for all engineering disciplines.
  • Complete online application before 30th June 2024
    • Complete the online application and fill out all relevant details.
  • Assessments and interviews
    • During July and August 2024, online assessments and video interviewing will occur.
    • Final face to face interviews and offers.
  • Onboarding
    • Depending on the discipline and your requirements, new graduates can start part time during their final semester or join us fulltime from February 2025

New graduates will join us full-time starting in February 2025, or depending on the discipline and other requirements, new graduates can start part-time during their final semester.

We have offices across Australia and try to accommodate your location preference. We have offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Broome, Canberra, Darwin, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, Sydney, and Western Sydney.
