Our Graduate Development Program aims to develop Engineering graduates into versatile consultants who can cater to our client’s needs while preparing them to lead our business in the future. This two-year program is designed to provide you with technical training in your chosen area of engineering, along with supported activities to help you develop your business and consulting skills and make an impact within our business.

We seek applications for our 2025 Graduate Development Program across all disciplines, including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, sustainability, hydraulics, facades, fire services, acoustics, chemical and energy.
