Raj has been part of ACOR’s team in WA since early 2022. He began his journey at ACOR as a Senior Project Manager overseeing the Design Management team that delivered projects in WA and NT, as well as working to improve project delivery practices while providing leadership and mentoring to the team.

In mid-2023, Raj advanced to the role of Design Management Leader. His extensive exposure to the consultancy industry and his passion for the field led him to take on the role. His strong interest in leadership, project delivery, and client engagement has been a driving force in his professional journey at ACOR.

From the outset of his career, Raj’s passion for the building design and construction industry has been unwavering. His journey began with a Building Design/Construction course while working as a trainee Structural Drafter. His acumen on the job and practical experience have significantly contributed to his career growth and ability to make a meaningful impact on the business.

Raj has worked on various Defence projects in the past ten years, which was the experience that initially brought him to ACOR. He is passionate about the people, projects, opportunities, and clients he works for. Raj is surrounded by like-minded people who have fuelled his passion for work and helped him achieve common goals. He values the importance of having accessible leadership that motivates employees to contribute actively to all aspects of the business and express their invaluable opinions.

Outside of work, Raj’s heart lies with his loved ones. He cherishes the time spent with his wife, daughter, family, and friends. Whether it’s a leisurely walk on the beach or a run, these moments bring him immense joy. He also has a soft spot for sports, even if it’s mostly limited to watching these days!
